▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide material involves adding graphite powder to a mixed acid solution, stirring and mixing to obtain a first suspension, placing the first suspension in a parallel electric field, adding potassium permanganate powder, and heating and stirring to obtain a second suspension, cooling the second suspension to room temperature, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution and a hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a third suspension. The third suspension is washed with deionized water, filtered, and then dispersed by adding a 50% aqueous solution of ethanol to obtain a fourth suspension. A modifier is added to the fourth suspension, and heating reaction is completed to obtain a fifth suspension. The fifth suspension is washed with deionized water and centrifuged to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate is subjected to vacuum drying under constant temperature to obtain modified graphene oxide for polyolefin material. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene oxide material for polyolefin material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified graphene oxide material for polyolefin material, which improves various properties of the polyolefin material, so that the modified polyolefin material can be applied to more fields, and has better compatibility with the polyolefin material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mixed acid solution is prepared by mixing 50 wt.% sulfuric acid solution and 50 wt.% nitric acid solution, and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide solution is 1.0-2.5 mol/L. The hydrochloric acid solution has a concentration of 0.8-1.5 mol/L. The modifier is a mixture of acrylic acid, vinyl acetate and sodium hypochlorite.
