NOVELTY - A coating comprises 90-110 pts. wt. aqueous alkyd resin, 35-55 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 15-25 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 20-24 pts. wt. graphene, 6-12 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whisker, 5-9 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 18-24 pts. wt. ethanol, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. curing agent, and 3-5 pts. wt. phenol. USE - Coating for LED automobile headlight. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipation coating has high thermal conductivity, high coefficient of thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, mechanical strength and toughness, long-term stable operation at high temperature, and does not peel off during quenching.
