NOVELTY - A carbon fiber and graphene oxide composite paper is prepared by mixing carbon fiber paper, carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber felt, carbon fiber non-woven fabric, or 0.1-20 mm carbon fiber skeleton base, adhesive and deionized water to obtain suspension, performing wet papermaking to obtain carbon fiber precursor substrate, ultrasonically treating graphite oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide solution, carrying out deposition of obtained solution with substrate to obtain carbon fiber and graphene oxide composite paper, and heating. USE - Preparation of carbon fiber and graphene oxide composite paper for heat transfer, heat radiating, and soaking material to eliminate local heating point. ADVANTAGE - The preparation is simple and easy to produce, has rich raw material, and obtains composite paper which has smooth temperature gradient, good toughness and mechanical property, and high heat conduction and conductivity, and is thin and light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A carbon fiber and graphene oxide composite paper is prepared by mixing carbon fiber paper, carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber felt, carbon fiber non-woven fabric, or 0.1-20 mm carbon fiber skeleton base, adhesive and deionized water to obtain suspension in which mass ratio carbon fiber:adhesive is 0.05-10:0.05-10 and mass ratio adhesive:deionized water is 0.1-20:1000-8000, performing wet papermaking to obtain carbon fiber precursor substrate, ultrasonically treating graphite oxide in deionized water at 50-300 W for 5-100 minutes to obtain 0.1-10 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, carrying out deposition of obtained solution with substrate to obtain carbon fiber and graphene oxide composite paper in which mass ratio solution:substrate is 0.01-100:1, and heating at 300-3000 degrees C under protective atmosphere or vacuum protection for 0.1-10 hours.
