NOVELTY - The method involves forming a three-dimensional structure. A graphene thin film is made of metal and non-metal. The graphene thin film is grown on a target substrate. A long graphene film is transferred to the target substrate. A layer number of the graphene thin film is determined. A multi-layer thin film is less than 5000 ohm/sq. Characteristic size of the three-dimensional structure is 1ym-100um at micron level, 1nm-100nm at nano level and 1mm at macroscopic scale. USE - Flexible base three-dimensional plane-shaped graphene thin film preparation method. Uses include but are not limited to an intelligent sense, a soft sense, an electronic device, a computer, a solar energy battery and a sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing performance of the graphene thin film.
