NOVELTY - The LED lighting lamp has a housing (10) that is formed by injection molding of a heat dissipating carbon composite material. An LED module (20) is provided with multiple LEDs for lighting. A first seating portion on which a heat radiation unit (30) is settled is formed according to the front side inside edge and a second seating portion on which a front cover (40) is seated is formed on the inside of the front outer edge. The support portions of uneven structure are formed, and handles are formed on outer left and right upper and lower portions respectively. The heat dissipating carbon composite material forming the housing is a polymer made of a polymer plastic having a thermal conductivity of 0.15 to 0.3 W/mk. The heat dissipating carbon composite material consists of 30 to 60 wt% of a carbon-based heat dissipating filler having a thermal conductivity of 10 to 300 W/mk and a reinforcing filler made of glass fiber or ceramic 1 to 15 wt%, and a thermal conductivity of 5 to 30 W/mk. ADVANTAGE - The LED module and the heat dissipating unit can be fixed only by assembling the front cover to the housing through the structural characteristics of the housing, so assembling time is shortened and productivity is increased. The durability of the LED module is improved and the lifespan is increased, and the malfunction of a semiconductor device or a heating element such as an LED provided in the LED module is minimized, thus improving the reliability of the product.
