▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The laser has a V-shaped resonant cavity provided with an exit end mirror i.e. output coupling mirror (7), a middle reflecting mirror and a reflecting mirror. The exit end mirror and the middle reflecting mirror are mounted on a radiating device (4) that adopts a semiconductor gain chip (3). A pumping light source is arranged with the semiconductor gain chip through a lens unit. A graphene saturable absorption mirror is arranged on an end face of a reflector and provided with a plated multi-layer medium film reflecting mirror layer and a graphene layer. USE - Graphite alkene and locking mode optical pump sheet semiconductor laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser is simple in structure and easy to adjust, and has high repeating frequency and less saturable restoring time. The laser can easily generate self-starting picosecond or femtosecond ultra-short pulse output.
