Graphene is selectively grown on twin crystal region of catalyst metal film by making catalyst metal film as catalyst, and graphene ribbon (16) is manufactured. USE - Manufacture of graphene ribbon for electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene ribbon of arbitrary width corresponding to width of twin crystal region is manufactured.
