NOVELTY - Sensor, comprises graphene oxide-nucleic acid aptamer sensor based on polyethylene-glycol modification. USE - The sensor is useful for detecting thrombin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has excellent sensitivity and specificity, rapidly and cost-effectively detects thrombin, and improves detection limit of the graphene oxide-nucleic acid aptamer sensor for thrombin to 0.01 nM. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method (M1) for preparing the above-mentioned sensor, involves preparing graphene oxide, adding nucleic acid aptamer marked by 5'-ggttggtgtggttg-3' (SEQ ID NO: Not defined) 5-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) onto the graphene oxide after self-assembling modification of the polyethylene glycol, adding thrombin with different concentrations, marking the change of the intensity of fluorescence by the nucleic-acid aptamer adsorbed on the surface of the graphene oxide, and performing detection; and (2) method (M1) for detecting thrombin, involves performing the above-mentioned steps in the method (M1) and performing fluorescent quenching.
