▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antistatic coating liquid comprises 5-75 pts. wt. poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate aqueous dispersion stock solution, 0.05-0.75 pt. wt. pH adjuster, 1-8 pts. wt. conductive additive, 5-15 pts. wt. base resin, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. coupling agent, 1-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. wetting and leveling agent, and 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer. The base resin is prepared by mixing a dehydrated polycarbonate diol, polytetrahydrofuran and an aromatic diisocyanate, heating to 65-85degreesC, adding dimethylolpropionic acid and an epoxy resin, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding propylene glycol, trimethylolpropane and acetone to react at 60-80degreesC, and cooling to 50-70degreesC to obtain a prepolymer, adding triethylamine and water to the prepolymer and stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain a white emulsion, adding nanoparticles and stirring for 1-3 hours, and removing the solvent. USE - Antistatic coating liquid is used for polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, or glass substrate with wire rod (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic coating liquid has stable performance, high conductivity, excellent solvent resistance of 105-106 Omega, high safety, and improved environmental protection performance, and has no obvious fogging phenomenon. The surface resistance of the antistatic coating remains at 106-107 Omega even after repeated alcohol washing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) preparation of the antistatic coating liquid, which involves mixing and stirring the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate aqueous dispersion stock solution, pH adjuster, conductive additive, base resin, coupling agent, deionized water, wetting and leveling agent and defoamer; and (ii) usage method of the antistatic coating liquid, which involves coating the antistatic coating liquid on a substrate with a wire rod, and drying at 100-140degreesC for 0.5-1 minute to obtain an antistatic poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate coating. The substrate is one or more of polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, and glass.
