▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film has a graphene transparent electric conduction layer (2) coated with a substrate (1), where thickness of the substrate and thickness of the graphene transparent electric conduction layer are determined as 10 to 1000 mu and 0.3 to 1.5nm, and the substrate is provided with glass, PET and acryl. USE - Graphene transparent electric conduction film. ADVANTAGE - The film avoids a need of graphene thin film depositing on a transparent electric conduction oxide film layer and reduces rate of finished product and manufacturing cost of the film.
