▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The patch (120) has a polymer support layer whose side is arranged in a side of a graphene layer (121) such that attaching/detaching of the graphene layer is performed in a target (T10). Another side of the polymer support layer is adhered to the target and reformed based on surface process or surface property including dry adhesion property, where area of the polymer support layer is greater than area of the graphene layer. A polymer protective layer is formed in a side of the graphene layer to control adhesive force of the graphene layer and the polymer protective layer than adhesive force of the graphene layer and the polymer support layer. USE - Graphene patch for a graphene patch package of an electrostatic capacity displacement transducer (all claimed) for measuring displacement of a non-conductor target. ADVANTAGE - The patch ensures an electrostatic capacity displacement sensor elementarily and rapidly measures displacement of the target using the graphene layer of transparent material including atomic monolayer and prevents deformation of the target so as to reduce weight or thickness variance of the target, prevent outer tube of the target from being affected. The patch is formed with the graphene layer without using metal material so as to change measurement position when installation or the removal of the target is easily facilitated and facilitate attaching/detaching, multiple patch fixing parts, storage and movement of the patch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a graphene patch manufacturing method (2) an electrostatic capacity displacement transducer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a electrostatic capacity displacement transducer.
