NOVELTY - Preparing smooth artificial synthetic leather involves adding dibutyltin dilaurate to acetone, heating and stirring uniformly, then adding graphene to acetone, ultrasonically dispersing and allowing to stand for cooling, performing vacuum filtration to get precipitated solid and then drying to obtain graphene loaded with dibutyltin dilaurate. The obtained graphene loaded with dibutyltin dilaurate is added to dimethylformamide, and ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain additive liquid. USE - Method for preparing smooth artificial synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare smooth artificial synthetic leather has abrasion resistance, antistatic property and aging resistance, smoothness, no burr, good hand feeling improves synthetic leather and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing smooth artificial synthetic leather involves adding dibutyltin dilaurate to acetone, heating and stirring uniformly, then adding graphene to acetone, ultrasonically dispersing and allowing to stand for cooling, performing vacuum filtration to get precipitated solid and then drying to obtain graphene loaded with dibutyltin dilaurate. The obtained graphene loaded with dibutyltin dilaurate is added to dimethylformamide, and ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain additive liquid. The polyether polyol, chain extender and dimethylformamide are added to reaction vessel, under stirring, isocyanate is added, heated, and then temperature is lowered, and additive liquid and blocking agent are added to increase reaction temperature to get polyurethane resin. The portion of obtained polyurethane resin is defoamed and compounded with color paste to obtain a wet method slurry, which is applied to base fabric by scraping, then immersed in dimethylformamide solution for solidification, and finally washed and dried. The prepared polyurethane resin is compounded with dimethylformamide, butanone, leveling agent and toner to get dry slurry, which is applied to release paper, dried, and cooled to form dry veneer. The dry veneer is adhered to dry surface, dried and cooled, and release paper is peeled to obtain synthetic leather.
