NOVELTY - High thermal-conductivity graphene composite film comprises graphene, where the metal oxide particles are bonded to the surface of the graphene; and M is a transition metal element. USE - The high thermal-conductivity graphene composite film is useful in electrode and super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite film is simple and economical to prepare with mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High thermal-conductivity graphene composite film comprises graphene, where the metal oxide particles (MxOy) are bonded to the surface of the graphene; and M is a transition metal element. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a highly thermally conductive graphene composite film, comprising mixing the graphene oxide solution with metal acetate to obtain a mixed dispersion, filtering the mixed dispersion and drying to obtain a film layer of graphene oxide and acetate, then subjecting to reduction annealing treatment under reduced atmosphere; (2) electrode, comprising the high thermal conductivity graphene composite film; and (3) super capacitor, comprising the electrode. x, y = not defined.
