NOVELTY - A semiconductor device has a graphene film or graphite film converted from diamond fine particles by phase change from diamond to graphite using heat source capable of locally focusing energy. USE - Semiconductor device is used for liquid crystal display and organic electroluminescent display. ADVANTAGE - The graphene or graphite film of semiconductor device is economically manufactured. The semiconductor device is economical and provides electronic device with lightweight, favorable flexibility and reduced power consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of semiconductor device, which involves applying colloidal solution of diamond microparticles on a substrate (1), carrying out phase transition from diamond to graphite, and converting diamond microparticles film (2) into graphene-graphite film (4) with heat source (3) capable of locally focusing energy.
