▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A neutron shielding composition using a boron-doped graphene comprises 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. amine curing agent, 50-65 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide and zinc borate surface treated with a titanium or silicon surface treatment agent, 1-7 pts. wt. boron carbide surface-treated with a polyolefin resin, and 0.1-15 pts. wt. density increasing agent, and boron-doped graphene. USE - Composition used for improving neutron shielding performance in transport and storage vessels of radioactive material, nuclear fuel reprocessing plants, reactors, liquid metal furnaces, and medical equipment or devices. ADVANTAGE - The composition is inexpensive, and has excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity, and reduced number of heat radiation fins by improving the heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of neutron shielding composition using a boron-doped graphene, which involves preparing a mixture (M1) by mixing 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 50-65 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide and zinc borate surface treated with a titanium or silicon surface treatment agent, preparing a mixture (M2) by mixing 10-20 pts. wt. amine curing agent and 1-5 pts. wt. boron carbide surface-treated with a polyolefin resin, preparing mixture (M3) by mixing boron-doped graphene, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. density increasing agent, mixing 50-60 wt.% of mixture (M3) with (M1) to form mixture (M4), mixing remainder of mixture (M3) with (M2) to form mixture (M5), and mixing mixture (M4) and (M5).
