▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The polarizer has a micro-nano optical fiber provided with a solid silicon dioxide core, and formed with multiple air holes. Each air hole comprises a circular air hole and a rectangular air hole. The rectangular air hole is provided with a heterojunction. The heterojunction is provided with a boron nitride film and a graphene film, where the graphene film and the boron nitride film are formed at preset interval and thickness of the graphene film and the boron nitride film is measured as 1-2000 layers. The graphene film is provided with an electrode and a lead. The electrode and the lead are respectively located at two opposite sides of the rectangular air hole. USE - Graphene micro-nano optical fiber based tunable optical fiber polarizer. ADVANTAGE - The polarizer provides type of electro-optic modulation property based on graphite by applying different voltage to the heterogeneous junction in a graphene micro-nano optical fibre polarizer air hole, so as to adjust polarization absorption effect of an adjustable optical fibre polarizer, and has better dual-refraction effect, and reduces absorption loss of linearly polarized light.
