▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing waste biomass-derived graphene material involves washing biomass waste, first drying, crushing and sieving to obtain biomass waste powder, mixing the biomass waste powder with catalyst solution, and drying for the second time to obtain the precursor mixture, subjecting to low-temperature carbonization treatment of the obtained precursor mixture in an inert atmosphere. The precursor mixture is transferred to a sintering furnace after low-temperature carbonization treatment, and sintered in an argon atmosphere or under low vacuum conditions of 3.5 x 10-3-4.6x 10-3 megaPascal, sequentially washed with an acidic solution and water to remove the catalyst in the material obtained, filtered and dried to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing waste biomass-derived graphene material used in the production of anode materials for alkaline ion batteries and hybrid ion capacitors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has rich raw material, low sintering temperature, short sintering time, low energy consumption and meets the environment requirement, in cost-effective manner.
