NOVELTY - The chip has a substrate (10) and a vertical graphene layer (20) grown on the substrate. The substrate is prefabricated with multiple sets of grooves. The vertically grown graphene layer is filled in the grooves to form electrochemical detection electrode structures. The height of the vertical graphene sheet is less than or equal to the depth of the groove. The grooves are provided with the same or different shapes. USE - Upright graphene electrochemical electrode detection chip for use in electrochemical biochemical detection electrode material in large-scale popularization and application in industry. ADVANTAGE - The groove on the base material has protection effect on the vertical graphene layer with weak nano level, and reduces the thickness of the detection chip to a certain degree, improves the stability and reliability of the subsequent application.
