▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing solar steam-induced electricity generation film conversion device involves forming graphene oxide. The inorganic polymer fiber with carbon content of 99 wt.% is converted into graphene oxide with mixed acid. The prepared graphene oxide is prepared as 4mg/mL graphene oxide solution, and GO/CE device is prepared by vacuum filtration on cellulose filter membrane, and device is placed in water, under sunlight, and performs electrical energy output through the evaporation of water. USE - Method for preparing solar steam-induced electricity generation film conversion device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare solar steam-induced electricity generation film conversion device that has simple preparation process, low manufacturing cost, short preparation time, high photoelectric conversion efficiency and broad application prospects.
