NOVELTY - The organic electroluminescent device has a glass substrate (1), an anode layer (2), a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer (4), a light emitting layer (5), a transmission layer (6), an injection layer (7) and a cathode layer (8) that are orderly laminated. The hole injection layer is provided with a graphene oxide layer (31) and a metal oxide layer (32). An oxidized graphite alkene layer is arranged in the surface of anode layer. The material of the metal oxide layer is made of tungsten trioxide, sulfur trioxide and rhenium trioxide. USE - Organic electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature-resistant property of the organic electroluminescent device is achieved.
