▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene/carbon nanotube three-dimensional composite involves uniformly dispersing graphene microplates in a liquid carbon source under ultrasonic wave to prepare a precursor solution with 0.05-1 wt.% graphene, increasing temperature of a preheating zone of a vertical dual-temperature zone chemical-vapor-deposition equipment to 300-600 degrees C and a temperature of a main reaction zone to 1000-1300 degrees C, introducing argon gas at a flow rate of 400-2500 mL/minute into a furnace cavity of the equipment, introducing hydrogen gas at a flow rate of 400-2500 mL/minute into the furnace cavity for 20 minutes, spraying the precursor solution at a rate of 0.08-0.25 ml/minute through a feeding device for 5 minutes, reacting for 30-1000 minutes, turning off hydrogen flow when the temperature of preheating zone and main reaction zone in the furnace cavity are lowered to 200 degrees C, and turning off the argon gas flow when the temperature in the furnace cavity is cooled to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotube three-dimensional composite. Uses include but are not limited to supercapacitor, solar cell, display, biological detection material, and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy control of composition and structure of product, and produces graphene/carbon nanotube three-dimensional composite with excellent repeatability and without limitation by the surface shape of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the chemical-vapor-deposition device, which has the vertical dual-temperature zone chemical-vapor-deposition equipment having preheating temperature zone having a length of 400 mm, a main reaction temperature zone having a length of 700 mm, and a corundum tube having an inner diameter of 30-100 mm, and a feeding device mainly having an injection pump and a nozzle.
