▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A compound optimized fiber-based wave-absorbing material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin matrix, 10-20 pts. wt. polyaniline, 2-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber bundles, 10-20 pts. wt. glass fiber bundles, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene modified barium titanate microwave absorber, 10-20 pts. wt. manganese dioxide powder and 5-10 pts. wt. quartz/carbon black composite powder. The graphene modified barium titanate microwave absorber is dispersed on carbon fiber and glass fiber bundles. The graphite and manganese dioxide powder are uniformly dispersed in epoxy resin. USE - Compound optimized fiber-based wave-absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wave absorbing material has reflection attenuation of greater than 30 dB at 10-18 GHz. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A compound optimized fiber-based wave-absorbing material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy matrix, 10-20 pts. wt. polyaniline, 2-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber bundles, 10-20 pts. wt. glass fiber bundles, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene modified barium titanate microwave absorber, 10-20 pts. wt. manganese dioxide powder and 5-10 pts. wt. quartz/carbon black composite powder. The carbon fiber and the glass fiber are provided with fiber bundle structure. The carbon fiber bundles and the glass fiber bundles are arranged with specific intervals in the resin matrix to form an equidistant array with pitch of not more than 10 mm. The graphene modified barium titanate microwave absorber is dispersed on the carbon fiber and the glass fiber bundles. The graphite and the manganese dioxide powder are uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin.
