NOVELTY - Preparing honeycomb polyamide 6 film with high light absorption rate comprises (1) adopting one-pot method, and adding polymer monomer to four-necked flask, adding 0.1-2 wt.% dried graft-modified monomer, heating, melting, and mechanically stirring to make it evenly dispersed at 220℃, reacting at a constant temperature for 2 hours, heating to 260℃, and reacting at a constant temperature for 2-8 hours, pouring polymer product out of reaction vessel and cooling to obtain a composite material, (2) cutting above composite material into small pieces with diagonal pliers, placing in pure water, and drying product in a vacuum oven to constant weight, dissolving slices in acid solution to prepare a 10-25 wt.% casting solution, adding 1-20 wt.% pore-forming agent, stirring for 10 hours until dispersion is uniform, and vacuum defoaming for 60-120 minutes, and (3) three types of coagulation baths are included, where the first coagulation bath is an air bath. USE - The method is useful for preparing honeycomb polyamide 6 film with high light absorption rate, which is useful in solar evaporation, seawater desalination, and sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - The honeycomb polyamide 6 film: has fast self-stretching performance, high absorbance and high water transmission, high stability, strong acid resistance, strong alkali corrosion resistance, good performance; and exhibits good mining potential.
