NOVELTY - The cabin heating system has an electrically heated front windshield, electrically heated triangular side window glass and graphene heated carpet. The electric heating front windshield glass and electric heating triangle side window glass are comprised of automobile float glass, polyvinyl butyral film and electric heating tungsten wire. The graphene heating carpet is comprised of main carpet layer, carpet dustproof and sound insulation layer, and a graphene heating layer. The electric heating tungsten wire cloth with a diameter of 0.018mm-0.033mm is placed on polyvinyl butyral film, the automobile float glass is put on the laminating machine, the polyvinyl butyral film (2) covered with electric heating tungsten wire is put, and pressed down top glass. The main carpet layer is located on uppermost layer of the graphene heating carpet and is in direct contact with air. The main carpet layer is formed by pressing PET needle-punched carpet blank, PE layer and the PET felt layer in a mold. USE - Cabin heating system for heating in pure electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The system is configured to solve the problems of heating in cold weather and defrosting and defogging the front side windows of the front windshield of pure electric vehicles with low power consumption.
