NOVELTY - A graphene material is prepared by grinding titanium aluminum carbide, sieving to obtain uniform fine particles with particle size of 100-200 mesh, preventing excessive corrosion caused by particles, magnetic stirring or ultrasonically dispersing 1-3 g titanium aluminum carbide in 40-60 mL 40 wt.% hydrofluoric acid solution for 20 hours, chemically etching, washing, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-6 hours, collecting products via suction filtering or centrifuging, and drying at 50 degrees C for 2 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is low-cost, simple, convenient and suitable for industrial production.
