▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene composite film involves preparing a zeolite suspension containing zeolite nanocrystals with a particle size of 50-80 nm, reducing prepared graphene oxide suspension containing graphene oxide, mixing the obtained partially-reduced graphene oxide suspension with the zeolite suspension, adding propylene glycol methyl ether or ethyl acetate as a surfactant to the mixture, reducing the obtained solution, atomizing and processing obtained atomized droplets with a plasma to charge the atomized droplets, and depositing the charged atomized droplets on a substrate. USE - Manufacture of graphene composite film used for electric capacitive sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene composite film having excellent mechanical property, electrical property, uniform thickness and smoothness, high heat conductivity, electron mobility, specific capacity and specific area, and suppressed generation of defect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene composite film involves preparing (i) a zeolite suspension containing 50-100 ppm zeolite nanocrystals having a particle size of 50-80 nm, preparing (ii) a graphene oxide suspension containing 50-200 ppm graphene oxide, reducing (iii) the graphene oxide suspension until the graphene oxide is partially reduced to form partially-reduced graphene oxide, obtaining (iv) a partially-reduced graphene oxide suspension being a suspension of the partially-reduced graphene oxide, mixing (v) the partially-reduced graphene oxide suspension with the zeolite suspension in a volume ratio of 1:1-9:1, adding (vi) a surfactant to the mixture to form a composite solution, reducing (vii) the composite solution until the partially-reduced graphene oxide is completely reduced to form graphene, atomizing (viii) the reduced composite solution to form atomized droplets, processing (ix) the atomized droplets with a plasma to charge the atomized droplets, and depositing (x) the charged atomized droplets on a substrate having a temperature of 150-350 degrees C. The surfactant is propylene glycol methyl ether or ethyl acetate.
