NOVELTY - The device has a current collecting device for collecting a working current of a micro-electrostatic dust collecting module. A temperature sensor collects environment temperature of the environment of the micro-electrostatic dust collecting module. A humidity sensor collects environment relative humidity of the environment of the micro-electrostatic dust collecting module. A wind speed sensor collects wind speed of the environment of the micro-electrostatic dust collecting module. A calculating module calculates a dirty blocking rate of the micro electrostatic dust collecting module according to the collected working current, environment temperature, environment relative humidity and wind speed. USE - Device for automatically identifying a dirty blocking condition of a micro-electrostatic dust collecting module used in a graphene series micro-electric purifying device. ADVANTAGE - The device automatically identifies a blockage condition of a micro electrostatic dust collecting module in an efficient manner.
