NOVELTY - Method for preparing agent involves (a) mixing carboxylated graphene oxide, aqueous solution of graphene oxide, sodium hydroxide and chloroactic acid, reacting, separating the reaction liquid, and washing the separated reaction liquid, (b) mixing dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), graphene oxide, and acrylamide oligomer, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, reflux reacting, and washing the separated compound, and (c) reacting acrylamide oligomer grafted graphene oxide, adding e.g. polyacrylamide, cooling the reaction mixture, and mixing. USE - The method is useful for preparing agent for treating water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared agent exhibits multi-effect of treating water in an cost-effective manner by removing benzene compounds, and heavy metal ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing agent involves (a) uniformly mixing 5 mg/ml carboxylated graphene oxide, aqueous solution of graphene oxide, sodium hydroxide and chloroactic acid, where aqueous solution of graphene oxide, sodium hydroxide and chloroactic acid are in ratio of 2 g:1 l:2 g, reacting for 4 hours, separating the reaction liquid, and washing the separated reaction liquid to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide, (b) uniformly mixing dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), graphene oxide, and acrylamide oligomer, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, where DMSO, graphene oxide, acrylamide oligomer, and EDCI are in a ratio of 1 l:8 g:90 g:50 g, reflux reacting at 45 degrees C, and washing the separated acrylamide oligomer grafted graphene oxide, and (c) reacting acrylamide oligomer grafted graphene oxide at more than 45 degrees C, adding polyacrylamide, and poly dimethyl allyl dilute propyl ammonium chloride, naturally cooling the reaction mixture at room temperature, adding polysilicate ferro-aluminum sulfate, and sodium bicarbonate, and uniformly mixing. The multi-effect agent comprises 6 pts. wt. acrylamide polymer grafted graphene oxide, 40 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 30 pts. wt. polysilicate ferro-aluminum sulfate, 25 pts. wt. poly dimethyl allyl dilute propyl ammonium chloride, and 5 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate.
