The graphene oxide solution is washed with deionized water, centrifuged, reduced graphene oxide solution is dispersed, 20.4-40.8 %mass chloroauric acid solution is added, and ultrasonic processing is carried out. The resulting solution is washed, and centrifuged to obtain gold nanoparticles-graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material used in catalysis, sensing, and surface-enhanced Raman scattering applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material having excellent stability in aqueous solution, biocompatibility, and electroconductivity, and large surface area, within a short period of time, by environmentally-friendly and simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is prepared using improved Hummers method. Graphene oxide is dissolved in aqueous solution, and ultrasonic processing is carried out to obtain 0.5-1 mg/ml graphene oxide solution. 1.6-3.2 %mass Sodium borohydride solution is added to graphene oxide solution, heated in water bath at 70-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours and graphene oxide solution is reduced. The graphene oxide solution is washed 2-3 times with deionized water, centrifuged, and impurities are removed. 0.1-0.3 mg/ml Reduced graphene oxide solution is dispersed, 20.4-40.8 %mass chloroauric acid solution is added, and ultrasonic processing is carried out at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. The resulting solution is washed 2-3 times with deionized water, and centrifuged to obtain gold nanoparticles-graphene composite material.
