▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A coral shaped cobalt-nickel oxide-graphene oxide based composite material is prepared by preparing nickel oxide-cobalt-supported graphene oxide precursor material by solvothermal reaction of graphene oxide, cobalt nitrate, nickel nitrate and urea and calcining the precursor material at high temperature, where cobalt element and nickel element are uniformly supported on surface of graphene oxide in form of cobalt oxide and nickel oxide respectively. USE - Coral shaped cobalt-nickel oxide-graphene oxide based composite material for use as electrode material of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coral shaped cobalt-nickel oxide-graphene oxide based composite material has specific capacitance of 800-900 F/g, when discharge current density is 1 A/g and charge and discharge rate of -0.2-0.4 V. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the coral shaped cobalt-nickel oxide-graphene oxide based composite material.
