NOVELTY - Environment-friendly brown digital printing ink comprises 5-20 wt.% plant dye, 5-12 wt.% viscosity regulator, 2-5 wt.% surfactant, 0.5-2 wt.% pH regulator, 0.2-0.5 wt.% bactericide, 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.05-0.08 wt.% graphene and balance deionized water. USE - Environment-friendly brown digital printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly brown digital printing ink greatly reduces the environmental pollution and health problems caused by synthetic dye, uses nano-titanium dioxide as bactericide, which is more environment-friendly, achieves the desired fabric colorfastness without the use of urea, saves production cost and provides enhanced dyeing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environment-friendly brown digital printing ink comprising adding raw material Gorgon fruit shell into micro-plant crushing machine, crushing to 80 mesh, soaking in deionized water for 1-3 hours, ultrasonically extracting to obtain brown-yellow solution, filtering, obtaining filtrate, vacuum concentrating, drying, crushing to obtain brown-yellow powder i.e. Gorgon fruit shell plant dye, adding plant dye, viscosity regulator, surfactant, pH regulator and bactericide in deionized water, stirring uniformly at room temperature, adjusting the pH at 6-7, heating at 60-70 degrees C, continuously stirring for 1 hour, aging by keeping the temperature at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, adding the filtrate with graphene and dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-5 minutes at 25-35 kHz and obtaining the product.
