NOVELTY - The battery has a battery unit provided with a conductive substrate (1), a nano-meter semiconductor material (3), an electrolyte (5) and a counter electrode (6). A graphite (2) and the nano-meter semiconductor material are mixed according to proportion to obtain a graphene doped nano-semiconductor film, where graphene is 0.019 percent total mass weight of the nano-meter semiconductor material. Quantum dot particles are adsorbed by an adsorbent in the nano-semiconductor film. The nano-meter semiconductor material is titanium dioxide, silicon or mixture of zinc oxide and stannic oxide. USE - Quantum dot sensitized solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery adopts low voltage electrophoresis to obtain a light anode film and improves photo-electric conversion efficiency in an effective manner. The battery can control thickness of the quantum dot in a composite membrane adsorption so as to improve a photo-current value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The battery unit is provided with quantum dot that is cadmium sulfide, cadmium selenide, cadmium telluride, lead sulfide or lead selenide.
