NOVELTY - Preparing ruthenium (Ru)/p-Bi11VO19/Gr ternary composite material comprises (i) preparing precursor p-Bi11VO19 by (ia) adding bismuth(III) nitrate pentahydrate and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-2Na) to nitric acid solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain A solution, (ib) dispersing ammonium metavanadate and EDTA-2Na in sodium hydroxide solution, and stirring until completely dissolved to obtain B solution and (ic) mixing A solution and B solution, hydrothermally reacting at 150-160°C for 10-15 hours, and then washing and drying to obtain p-Bi11VO19, (ii) preparing p-Bi11VO19/Gr composite material and dispersing p-Bi11VO19 of graphene in water successively, hydrothermally reacting at 90-110°C for 10-15 hours, and centrifuging to obtain p-Bi11VO19/Gr composite material, and (iii) adding ruthenium trichloride solution to p-Bi11VO19/Gr composite material, and performing in-situ photodeposition method to obtain the finished product. USE - The material is useful in photoelectric catalytic synthesis of ammonia (claimed) and in biochemical, electrochemical, photo-catalytic and photoelectrochemical (PEC) field. ADVANTAGE - The material: has multiple composite points, enhanced photo-catalytic performance and conductive performance, and high photoelectric catalytic efficiency, and high selectivity and catalysis in the light catalytic synthesis ammonia. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a Ru/p-Bi11VO19/Gr ternary composite material prepared by the above-mentioned method.
