NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (311) a base metal for a lead frame consisting of metal, and forming (321) a graphene layer on the surface of the base metal. The base metal is surface-processed with plasma. The portion of base metal is removed (331), in which the graphene layer is formed with a specific pattern. The portion of the base metal is removed using a laser beam. The photoresist layer is formed with the specific pattern on the surface of the base metal. The base metal is etched using etchant. The photoresist layer is removed. USE - Method for manufacturing a lead frame (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method involves preparing a base metal for a lead frame consisting of metal, and forming a graphene layer on the surface of the base metal, and thus ensures maintaining the adhesive force about the solderability about the corrosive of the copper and bonding wire and molding resin of the base metal, and reducing the surface treating cost of the lead frame, and also simplifying the surface treatment process of the lead frame.
