NOVELTY - Ultra-large pore volume low-density nitrogen-rich porous graphene is prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor depositing carbon source gas on mesoporous graphitic carbon nitride as template and nitrogen source, low-temperature pyrolyzing, and high temperature annealing. USE - Ultra-large pore volume low-density nitrogen-rich porous graphene used for capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has large specific surface, excellent performance and high specific capacitance.
