NOVELTY - The surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate has a vector and a surface enhanced Raman scattering chip (2). The surface enhanced Raman scattering chip is made of copper (Cu), silver (Ag), and gold (Au), diamond or graphene. USE - Surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate for use in a biological physical and biological medical spectrum field for ultra-sensitive detection of bio-physical and biomedical related molecules including nucleic acid, protein, virus and bacteria, and can also be used in testing device.
