NOVELTY - Complex phase change heat storage material with nano silicon carbide enhanced heat storage comprises 40-70 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 30-60 pts. wt. framework material, 5-20 pts. wt. heat-conducting reinforced material and 0.5-5 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide. USE - Used as complex phase change heat storage material with nano silicon carbide reinforced heat storage. ADVANTAGE - The material: has heat storage density exceeds 1100 KJ/Kg, no decomposition at 750degrees Celsius, excellent thermal stability, and broad market prospects; and can meets high temperature use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the complex phase change heat storage material with nano silicon carbide reinforced heat storage, comprising (i) uniformly mixing the polycarbonate, the framework material, the heat-conducting reinforced material and the nano silicon carbide to obtain a powder mixture, (ii) pressing the powder mixture into a green blank, and (iii) sintering the formed green blank, where the sintering is carried out by raising the temperature at 100-150degrees Celsius under 3-5degrees Celsius/minute for 60-90 minutes, raising the temperature at 500-650degrees Celsius under 3-5degrees Celsius/minute for 90-120 minutes, and finally cooling.
