▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene film comprises transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptor, and a linker. USE - Film used for forming manufacturing graphene transistor for biosensor (all claimed) in foodstuff and environmental evaluation industries. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent stability against external environmental change and portability, and improved performance when used in graphene transistor. The biosensor has excellent sensitivity, conductivity, specificity and speed, and high charge carrier mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene transistor, which comprises a board, the film, and a pair of electrodes; and (2) manufacture of the graphene transistor, which involves forming a graphene layer on a substrate, forming a pair of electrodes on the graphene layer, forming a linker layer on the surface exposed to the outside of the graphene layer, and forming TRPV1 receptor layer on the linker layer.
