ADVANTAGE - The complex has excellent electroconductivity, thermal conductivity, mechanical stability, and heat resistance, and high surface area and low density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of complex, which involves mixing titanium alkoxide and graphite powder, obtaining graphite suspension, treating the graphite suspension with ultrasonic waves, peeling graphene, recovering the dispersion liquid containing graphene and titanium alkoxide excluding the sedimentation fraction, dripping graphene release agent into the dispersion liquid, advancing sol gel reaction, drying dispersion liquid, and recovering the complex.
