▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing copper-clad graphene/aluminum alloy composite material comprises (i) performing surface metallization treatment on the graphene sheet layer to obtain a graphene sheet sheet layer with a uniform surface copper-coated surface, (ii) subjecting the obtained graphene sheet and aluminum alloy powder to wet low-energy ball milling treatment to obtain copper- clad graphene/alluminum alloy powder, (iii) filtering the copper-clustered graphene/silver alloy powder and drying, drying and drying for short-time and short-energy dry grinding, and sieving the sieved powder to obtain the final product, and (iv) using additive manufacturing process to directly form a high-compact composite material. USE - Preparation method of additive manufacturing copper-clad graphene/aluminum alloy composite material used in aerospace, aviation, automobile, electronic and communication fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare copper-clad graphene/aluminum alloy composite material that has excellent thermal and mechanical properties. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an additive manufacturing of the copper-clad graphene/aluminium alloy composite material preparation method of the flow step diagram.
