NOVELTY - Two-dimensional flexible device comprises 2 layers of monolithic graphene and self-assembled gold nanoparticle monolayer. The self-assembled gold nanoparticle monolayer is integrally connected with poly(methyl methacrylate) film. The upper monolithic graphene surface is connected with internal standard analyte. USE - Two-dimensional flexible device used for rapid Raman quantifying and imaging analysis and detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is convenient, has fast conventional detection system, low cost, high stability and workability in high-salt environments and high practicability, and can be used repeatedly.
