NOVELTY - Low-temperature lithium titanate type battery comprises an anode, a cathode, an isolating film and an electrolyte. The material of the anode comprises an active material, a first adhesive, a first conductive agent and a first current collector. The weight percentage ratio of the active material, first adhesive and first conductive agent is 90-96:1.5-5:2-5. The material of the cathode comprises lithium titanate, second adhesive, second conductive agents and second current collectors. The weight percentage ratio of the lithium titanate, second adhesive, and second conductive agent is 90-95:2-5:2-5. The lithium titanate structure is a spinel structure. USE - Used as low temperature lithium titanate type battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery improves the time of the user using the battery at low temperature, enhances the discharge stability and safety of the battery at low temperature, has long service time in the low temperature environment, and more stable use performance.
