▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene film has a substrate (3), a catalyst metal (2) arranged on the substrate, and graphene (1) arranged on the catalyst metal. The catalyst metal is osmium. USE - Graphene film is used for manufacturing graphene device (all claimed) for low power consumption. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has improved uniformity. The graphene device using the graphene film has improved performance, and reduced contact resistance of electrode using osmium as electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene film, which involves forming a catalyst metal on the substrate, and forming graphene on the catalyst metal; (2) graphene device, which has a substrate, an insulating film arranged on the substrate, a graphene arranged on the insulating film, and an electrode arranged on the graphene. The material of the electrode is osmium; and (3) manufacture of graphene device, which involves arranging graphene on the insulating film which is arranged on substrate, and forming the electrode patterned on the graphene.
