NOVELTY - The battery has a battery main body provided with a transmission film (1), a graphene front electrode (2), a single-layer graphene grid line (3), a wafer (4) and a graphene back electrode (5). The graphene front electrode is fixed on the wafer. The single-layer graphene grid line is connected with the wafer and the graphene front electrode. The graphene front electrode is provided with a metal contact point (6) that is connected with a metal lead wire. Width of the single graphene grid line is about 2-15 um. Thickness of the graphene front electrode is about 1.5-20 um. USE - Graphite solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has high converting efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The wafer is made of germanium, aluminum gallium arsenide, silicon carbonite and Aluminum oxide. The transmission film is made of magnesium fluoride/ zinc sulfide, titanium oxide powder/Aluminum oxide, silicon di-oxide and titanium di-oxide material.
