NOVELTY - Graphene modified rubber comprises 70-90 pts. wt. rubber base and 10-40 pts. wt. graphene coated carbon black material. The preparation method of graphene-coated carbon black material comprises dispersing graphene oxide and carbon black, placing in water and dispersed uniformly to obtain dispersion, and adding reducing agent into the dispersion, performing reduction reaction to obtain graphene-coated carbon black material. USE - Used as graphene modified rubber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated carbon black material: avoids the problem that graphene is easily agglomerated in rubber; has simple process, low raw material cost, simple and obvious dispersion effect; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-modified rubber comprising plasticizing the rubber substrate to obtain plasticized rubber, adding the graphene-coated carbon black material into the plastic compound for mixing to obtain graphene modified rubber.
