NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide lubricant comprises e.g. (i) oxidizing graphene synthesized graphite powder and concentrated nitric acid into a container, stirring, then adding sodium sulfate and potassium permanganate and reacting, adding hydrogen peroxide, butyl amine, stirring and reacting, and (ii) stirring prepared graphene oxide lubricant with phosphorus pentasulfide, butanol, reacting, cooling, adding tertiary carbon primary amine, continuously reacting, and filtering to obtain yellow graphene oxide lubricant. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide lubricant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has good oil soluble and excellent abrasion resistance graphite lubricant, simple manufacturing method, low cost, and good oil soluble and high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide lubricant comprises (i) oxidizing graphene synthesized graphite powder and concentrated nitric acid into a container, uniformly stirring, then adding sodium sulfate and potassium permanganate and reacting at 90-100 degrees C under vacuum for 2-3 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide, butyl amine, adjusting pH to 6, continuously stirring for 20 minutes, adding high-alkali calcium alkyl salicylate, stirring and reacting at 100-120 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and cooling to obtain brown graphene oxide mixture, graphene oxide mixture, and (ii) uniformly stirring prepared graphene oxide lubricant with phosphorus pentasulfide, butanol, reacting at 100-120 degrees C under pressure of 0.1 MPa for 4-5 hours, cooling to 40-50 degrees C, adding tertiary carbon primary amine, continuously reacting at 200-210 degrees C under pressure for 3-4 hours, then reducing the temperature to 100 degrees C, vacuumizing until vacuum pressure reaches to 0.1 MPa, and filtering to obtain yellow graphene oxide lubricant. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide lubricant is prepared by above mentioned method.
