USE - Preparation of low gas generating dry electrode sheet used for supercapacitor (all claimed) used in consumer electronic products such as computer, electric automobile, solar energy and wind energy storage, medical appliance, communication device and power compensation. ADVANTAGE - The method provides low gas generating dry electrode sheet, which effectively reduces the gas production of the electrode sheet during use, effectively improves the service life of the supercapacitor, reduces the cost, ensures excellent adhesion between the electrode film and the current collector, and avoids energy waste, and has high production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of low gas generating dry electrode sheet involves (S1) mixing (A) of active material and film-forming agent dry powder in a mass ratio of 95:5-99:1 at stirring speed of 200-400 rpm for 0.5-3 hours to obtain mixture (I), (S2) heating at 100-200℃ for exhaust treatment for at least 30 minutes, cooling to 0-35℃ in a sealed state, introducing into a dry gas in a sealed state at the dry gas flow rate of 10-20 m/s for 1-6 seconds to obtain mixture (II), (S3) mixing (B) of the mixture (II) with conductive agent and binder in a mass ratio of 80:10:10-95:2.5:2.5 at 800-1200 rpm for 2-4 hours to obtain mixture (III), (S4) fluffing the mixture (III) under the condition of 0.3-0.8 Mpa gas pressure with feed rate of 30-300 g/minute to obtain fluffy mixture (IV), (S5) rolling the mixture (IV) into electrode film at 80-250℃ at the speed of 20 m/minute or less to obtain electrode film with target thickness, and (S6) three-layer rolling of electrode film and metal current collector, and compounding the electrode film, metal current collector and electrode film in order. The temperature of three-layer rolling and compounding is 80-250℃ with speed of 20 m/minute or less.
