NOVELTY - The method involves separating carbon from a chemical component. The carbon is maintained in fluid form after separation. The separated carbon is moved to a hexagonal state by imposing electromagnetic waves. The waves are generated by an electromagnetic wave generator. Hexagonal graphene molecules are received by a deposition substrate. The molecules are positioned in the electromagnetic wave generator. Electric bias is maintained between a substrate environment and hexagonal graphene molecules generating environment. Wave frequency is generated on the substrate at a deposition location. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene layer i.e. electric component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing material cost of the graphene layer and improving manufacturing process of the graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an apparatus for depositing a graphene layer and/or for separating a material element from gaseous material.
