NOVELTY - The battery has an isolating film (38) mounted on a composite graphite anode sheet and a graphene composite cathode sheet. The composite graphite anode sheet is provided with an anode current collector (31). A surface of the anode current collector is provided with an anode graphite film (33). A graphene composite cathode plate is provided with a cathode current collector (32). A cathode graphite film (34) is deposited on a surface of the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode graphite film is arranged with a negative electrode active material layer (36). USE - Composite graphene lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has excellent multiplying power performance and prolonged service life, reduce temperature rise of battery to improve battery performance, deposit graphene through auxiliary plasma chemical vapor deposition technology so as to reduce reaction temperature and energy consumption, deposit a graphene film on foil so as to reduce film thickness and reduce influence of subsequent treatment process of welding and subsequent pole ear of the lithium ion battery.
