NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding nanofiber comprises 45-65 pts. wt. polyamide, 15-25 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 3-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 100-140 pts. wt. solvent, and obtained spinning solution prepared by gas jet spinning process; and the diisocyanate is isophorone diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. USE - Used as electromagnetic shielding nanofiber. ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber: has simple process, cross-linking can occur under milder conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electromagnetic shielding nanofibers comprising (i) adding graphene oxide into solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding diisocyanate, fully reacting at 50-100 degrees C for 1-8 hours, (ii) adding polyamide into remaining solvent, stirring and uniformly mixing at a rate of 500-600 revolutions/minute in room temperature and adding into the solution obtained in step (i), then reacting at 45-95 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, and (iii) supplying the solution obtained in step (ii) into syringe through metering pump, extruding the spinning solution through spinneret through the syringe pump, using high-pressure gas to achieve the stretching of the spinning liquid stream to collect nanofibers on the collection plate.
